Flavor Profile
This well-balanced coffee offers a balanced body and medium to high acidity, with citrus brightness, delicate floral notes, and hints of jasmine, rounded out by a smooth caramel sweetness. It delivers a vibrant yet refined cup, perfect for those who appreciate complexity with a smooth finish.

Origin & Craftsmanship
Grown in the high-altitude regions of Morobe and Madang (Belombibi, Wawet, Hongo, Neng) in Papua New Guinea (1,200-1,700 MASL), this Grade A/X coffee is cultivated from Typica and Mondo Novo varietals. Carefully washed and sun-dried, it preserves its bright and floral character while ensuring a clean, crisp taste in every cup.
