Medium/Dark Roast
Flavor Profile:
This medium/dark roast Sumatra coffee is a bold and earthy delight, with rich notes of dark chocolate and a lingering, smooth finish. Its full body and balanced medium acidity make it a satisfying and complex cup, perfect for those who love depth in their coffee.
Origin & Craftsmanship:
Sourced from the high-altitude regions of Northern Sumatra (1,450-1,600 M), this Grade 1 double-picked coffee is crafted using the traditional Giling Basah (wet-hulling) process. A blend of Tim Tim, Typica, Ateng, Onan Ganjang, and Jember varietals, it captures the essence of Sumatra’s unique terroir and coffee-growing heritage. Harvested from November to May, it’s a true testament to the region’s craftsmanship.
